GAPC was originally founded in 2014 to support organisations navigating complex change — particularly where strategy, delivery, leadership, and governance intersect.
Over time, the work evolved. What began as advisory support around transformation and delivery increasingly focused on the human systems beneath change: decision-making, leadership capability, organisational clarity, and adoption in complex environments. In 2024, GAPC was formally re-established to reflect this evolution — not as a new beginning, but as a clearer expression of the work as it exists today. The practice now operates at the intersection of enterprise transformation, product and delivery models, leadership development, and responsible technology adoption — shaped by hands-on experience across regulated, global, and high-change contexts.

Paddy is a transformation advisor with deep experience supporting senior leaders across financial services and complex organisations, including work with Managing Directors and C-suite executives on enterprise change, delivery, and leadership capability.

We are deliberately small, focused, and senior-led by design. This allows us to remain outcome-driven rather than delivery-volume focused, and to stay close to the real decisions that determine whether change succeeds or stalls.
