What is SAFe Agile Product Management?
SAFe Agile Product Management (APM) is a two-day certification course designed to help Product Managers and Product Leaders apply Lean-Agile principles at enterprise scale. The course focuses on enabling Product Managers to define product strategy and vision, understand customer needs, manage roadmaps and backlogs, and collaborate effectively across Agile Release Trains (ARTs).

What is Product Management Readiness & Enablement (PMRE)?
Product Management Readiness & Enablement (PMRE) is an independent, human-centred capability system designed to help Product Managers operate effectively in complex, enterprise environments.
Frameworks like SAFe define roles, processes, and structures. They assume that people already have the confidence, judgement, communication skills, and emotional resilience required to perform those roles in real situations. PMRE exists to develop those capabilities explicitly. PMRE focuses on areas that are critical in practice but often underdeveloped in traditional training, including:
